1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and PHS777 ("PHS777," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PHS777 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the PHS777 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the PHS777 Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform.

PHS777 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2Eligibility

To register and use the PHS777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. This requirement is strictly enforced in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. PHS777 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any bet or accessing any game.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of PHS777, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the PHS777 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.

PHS777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the PHS777 Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number and a secure password. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active PHS777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. PHS777 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, PHS777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PHS777 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. PHS777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify PHS777 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

PHS777 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. PHS777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the PHS777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, it will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. PHS777 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

PHS777 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, and Inst apay. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. PHS777 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on PHS777 is ₱200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. PHS777 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including as part of responsible gaming measures.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available account balance after any applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within the same business day for standard amounts. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days.
• PHS777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and may vary by account tier and payment method.

4.5 Refused Transactions

PHS777 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, PHS777 may freeze the relevant account and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

PHS777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, or to the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — fishing games, slots, and certain other titles may contribute at different rates.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

PHS777 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, PHS777 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance. PHS777 is not obligated to provide notice before a bonus expires.

6Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the PHS777 Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. PHS777 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except where PHS777 determines at its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and sports betting markets on PHS777. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. PHS777 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Void Bets

PHS777 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: where a manifest pricing or technical error has occurred; where the outcome of an event has been determined to be the result of match-fixing or other corrupt activity; where a bet has been placed in violation of these Terms; or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on PHS777, including football, basketball, and other sports, are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, the decision of PHS777's trading team shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PHS777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any proceeds of crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your PHS777 account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the PHS777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of PHS777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the PHS777 Platform without the prior written consent of PHS777.

The PHS777 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of PHS777. You may not use any PHS777 trademark without prior written permission.

9Privacy & Data

PHS777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the PHS777 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PHS777 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.

10Responsible Gaming

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PHS777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the PHS777 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond PHS777's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.
• Any loss of winnings resulting from the voiding of bets in accordance with these Terms.

PHS777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PHS777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude PHS777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by PHS777

PHS777 reserves the right to suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may harm the Platform or other players. During a suspension, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or request withdrawals.

12.2 Termination by PHS777

PHS777 may permanently close your account where: a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed; your account has been used for fraudulent or illegal activity; you have provided false information during registration or verification; or you have been found to have created multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.

12.3 Termination by You

You may close your PHS777 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

PHS777 operates in the Philippine market and directs its services to Filipino players. These Terms are written in English, which is an official language of the Philippines, and shall be interpreted accordingly.

14Amendments

PHS777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, PHS777 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the PHS777 Platform after the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
